Donate Your Time

Volunteers are an important part of Project Prom. Help us sort and organize donations, prepare for the event, assist students during the Bella Zoe Experience, or lend your skills throughout the year.

Local Business Partnerships

Are you a local business interested in supporting Project Prom? We welcome in-kind donations of prom-related services, including hair styling, makeup, barber services, nails, flowers, photography, alterations, and other services that help students prepare for prom. Services or products can also be donated as raffle prizes.

Donate Equipment and Supplies

We are always looking for strong, sturdy clothing racks and retail displays to help us create a boutique-style shopping experience. We also have year-round and event-specific needs, including printing, marketing materials, banners, signage, and other supplies.

Are you a print shop or business that could donate or discount printing services? We would love to partner with you.

Become an Event Sponsor

Businesses looking to make a larger impact can become an event sponsor. Sponsorships help us cover the many costs involved in creating and maintaining the Bella Zoe Experience and allow us to dedicate more resources directly to serving students.
